Instructions

  1. Line bottom of oblong slow cooker with slices of dried beef; overlap some.
  2. Roll each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place in slow cooker, overlapping as little as possible.
  4. Combine mushroom soup, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup of water or milk.
  5. Spoon over chicken breasts.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
