Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add the water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
  5. Cool for 15 minutes.
  6. Place raspberries in the crust; slowly pour gelatin mixture over berries.
  7. Chill until set, about 3 hours.
  8. Garnish with Cool Whip if desired.
