Instructions

  1. Melt 1/2 stick butter in medium size bowl.
  2. Add olive oil.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice into mix.
  4. Add grey poupon mustard, add minced fresh basil.
  5. Add minced cloves of garlic, add salt and pepper.
  6. Whip mixture and marinate cleaned shrimp for 1 hour.
  7. Place marinated shrimp on skewers and BBQ until shrimp is pink and done.
