Instructions

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
  2. Sift dry ingredients. Add to cream mixture alternatly with the milk.
  3. Roll, in batches , about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut into doughnut shapes.
  5. Fry in fat 365 degrees.
  6. Flip when golden brown and continue cookng.
  7. Remove form fat, drain on a rack and while still warm roll in sugar.
