Instructions

  1. Simmer ribs slowly for an hour. Drain and transfer to a roasting pan or crockpot.
  2. Dissovle beef cube in the boiling water.
  3. Stir in cornstarch that has been mixed with the vinegar.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over ribs and cook approx 45 minutes at 350 . Or 4-6 hours on low in crockpot.
  6. Serve with rice.
