  1. slice chicken breases in half lengthwise. Combine soy, pineapple juice, honey, oil, garlic powder and ginger. Add chicken to mix and marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine chutney, mayo, sliced green onions for dressing.
  3. Grill chicken, then pineapple.Serve chicken topped with a pineapple ring on the rolls, and pass the sauce along the side.
