Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup butter, softened

2 egg whites

1/4 cup agave nectar or 1/4 cup honey

3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup whole wheat flour

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

3 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or 1 1/2 cups raisins

1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl combine all the wet ingredients, sugar, nectar, eggs and pumpkin together. Mix well.
- In another bowl mix the dry ingredients, flours, oats, baking powder, and spices.
- Add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture, then add the chocolate chips.
- Drop cookies by large tablespoon onto a oil-sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
