Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat one package of cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add olives and mix well.
  3. Spread an equal amount on four tortillas; top each tortilla with four slices turkey.
  4. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Beat one package of cream cheese with pickles and mustard.
  6. Spread an equal amount on four tortillas; top each tortilla with 4 slices ham.
  7. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
  8. Beat remaining cream cheese; add celery and barbecue sauce.
  9. Spread on remaining tortillas; top each tortilla with 4 slices beef.
  10. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
  11. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  12. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces.
