Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Pastry:.
  3. Cream together cream cheese and butter.
  4. Blend in flour.
  5. Shape into small balls. In miniature cupcake pan press dough on bottom and sides.
  6. Filling:.
  7. Beat togehter eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt until smooth.
  8. Take 3/4 Cup of nuts and divide into pastry lined cups.
  9. Add egg mixture on top of nuts in pastry shells.
  10. Top each with the remaining 3/4 Cup of nuts.
  11. Bake 25-30 Minutes.
