  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine next 4 ingredients; add to creamed mixture; mix well.
  4. Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
  5. Place an overturned chocolate kiss in the center of each.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
