1 medium onion, chopped

36 ounces whole tomatoes or 36 ounces tomatoes, chopped, undrained

2/3 cup chablis or 2/3 cup other dry white wine

1 teaspoon dried fennel seed

1 1/2 teaspoons basil

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Salt to taste Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Note: You can add mushrooms if desired.
