Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except butter and flour. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Blend melted butter with the flour to make a roux.
  5. Add roux to the corn and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Pour into a casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Broil until cheese is nicely browned.
