Instructions

  1. In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic powder.
  2. Drain oil and return to the skillet.
  3. Add kidney beans, tomato sauce, water, chili powder and salt.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add cooked macaroni and stir.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover and simmer just until the cheese melts.
