Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add the peaches and gently toss mixture.
  4. In small bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, oil, and extracts; mix well.
  5. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
  6. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
  7. Bake approximately 25-30 minutes or until done.
