  1. In a large microwave-safe mug, combine sugar & cocoa powder. Add milk and instant coffee crystals. Stir to combine well.
  2. Microwave on 100% power (high) for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
  3. Stir in vanilla. If desired, top with marshmallows. Serve immediately.
