2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 cups torn romaine lettuce

2 cups torn fresh spinach

1 cup torn iceberg lettuce

1 medium zucchini, shredded (1 cup)

Instructions
- In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients with wire whisk or fork until well blended.
- Add salad ingredients; toss.
