Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 (15 1/2 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces linguine or 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 eggs, beaten

2 teaspoons butter, melted

1 cup low fat cottage cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce, oregano, basil and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Combine cooked linguini, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and butter in large bowl; mix well.
- Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Put 1/2 of the linguine mixture in the bottom of the baking dish; spread so it covers the bottom.
- Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese over the noodles.
- Pour 1/2 of the sauce over the linguine and cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese over first three layers.
- Repeat the four layers in the same order.
- Bake until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
