Instructions

  1. Heat up oil.
  2. Fry onions, garlic & sausage. Cook til sausages are no longer pink. (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add chicken broth & tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add chickpeas, kale, bay leaves & seasonings.
  5. Return to a boil.
  6. Once it reaches boiling, reduce heat.
  7. Cover & simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Serve.
