Instructions

  1. Coat chops with flour; brown in oil.
  2. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In drippings, saute onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, and spices.
  5. Return chops to pan.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
