Instructions

  1. Mix strawberries and 1/4 c sugar. Set aside.
  2. Heat oven to 425°F.
  3. Mix Bisquick, 2 T sugar and milk until soft dough forms.
  4. Divide dough into fourths. Drop each fourth onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Split warm shortcakes. Fill and top with strawberries and whipped topping.
