  1. In a small sauce pan combine the milk and cream.
  2. Warm-up on medium heat to steaming. Be careful not to boil the milk.
  3. Add other ingredients and whisk until well mixed.
  4. Pour into mugs and top with whip cream or marshmallows.
  5. Enjoy.
