Instructions

  1. In medium sized pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. add onions and saute until softened.
  3. add garlic and cook until just fragrant.
  4. add rice/spaghetti and saute until golden in color.
  5. stir in the stock and bring to a boil.
  6. cook on low heat until rice mixture has absorbed all the liquid, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  7. adjust seasonings to your taste.
  8. add the parsley and fluff with fork to combine.
  9. serve immediately.
