Great for break, lunch or as a dessert. I really like it with the White Chocolate Cheesecake or Amaretto Cheesecake yogurt, but any flavor will do._x000D_ There seems to be some questions as to how I arrived at this being 1 pt when others are saying 4 pts. _x000D_ According to the online WW Point Tracker, which is what I track with:_x000D_ 1/2 cup Fiber One cereal = 0 pts; _x000D_ 6 ounces Weight Watcher's 1 point yogurt = 1 pt; _x000D_ 1/4 cup blueberries = 0 pts; _x000D_ 1/2 cup strawberries = 0 pts._x000D_ Remember, Zaar's nutritional information facts are based on generic "low fat yogurt". I highly recommend you track each item for yourself in your point tracker instead. Hope that helps!
