Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the sugar, egg, Tang and vanilla extract. Beat for another minute or so.
  4. Add remaining dry ingredients; mix well.
  5. Roll heaping tablespoons of dough into balls.
  6. Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until tops are very lightly browned.
  8. Cool 5 minutes on sheet then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
