- Cut avocado into chunks & place in a blender, then add remaining ingredients.
- Cover & process until smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Although I'm not much of guacamole fan, others are, & since I do quite a bit of finger foods as well as dips & dippers, well . . . This particular low-fat, low-salt recipe came for the 2008 cookbook, Taste of Home Guilt Free Cooking.
