Instructions

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Measure 3/4 cup; stir in applesauce and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into bowl or 4 dessert glasses.
  4. Refrigerate until set but not firm.
  5. Refrigerate remaining gelatin until slightly thickened.
  6. Mix in yogurt; spoon over gelatin in bowl.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
