Instructions

  1. Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in 2 ½ cups water in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; add carrots and onion.
  3. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  4. Boil 15 minutes or until carrots are done.
  5. Add salt, pepper, and couscous.
  6. Cook, uncovered, 1 minute.
  7. Add butter.
  8. Cook and stir 2 minutes.
  9. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
  10. Stir and serve.
