My family has been making this recipe for waffles every Sunday since I was born. The book this comes out of is in pieces and has no cover. It is also covered in flour we use it so much. This recipes also makes good pancakes.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/4 cups flour
1 pinch salt
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs

Instructions

Mix dry together in a bowl.
Mix wet together in a bowl.
Separate eggs and beat the whites stiff.
Mix yolks in with the wet.
Mix wet into dry slowly.
Fold in egg whites.
