Instructions

  1. Grease 10 inch pie pan.
  2. Spread cranberries over the bottom of pan.
  3. Sprinkle them with the 1/2 cup sugar and chopped nuts.
  4. In a bowl, mix the eggs and beat well.
  5. Add flour, remaining sugar, and butter to the beaten eggs.
  6. Beat well.
  7. Pour batter over cranberries.
  8. Bake at 325* for 1 hour.
  9. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or serve warm/cool with whipped cream.
