Instructions

  1. Made with a springform pan with bottom release.
  2. Bottom Crust: Mix butter and sugar well.
  3. Add vanilla, flour and nuts.
  4. Press in bottom of pan; bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Filling: Add all ingredients and beat smooth, pour over crust.
  7. Topping: Drain and slice each pear half into eights, place on filling.
  8. Springle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
