Instructions

  1. In skillet, combine olive oil, onion, bell pepper & garlic.
  2. Sauté over medium heat until veggies are tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt & pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  5. Reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add Seafood & simmer another 3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm sauce over pasta.
  8. Top with parmesan cheese, if desired.
