Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes.
  4. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops.
  5. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  6. Spoon sauce over chops when serving.
