Instructions

  1. Toss meat in seasoned flour and nutmeg.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute the garlic and onion.
  3. Add meat and brown well.
  4. Stir in the mushrooms.
  5. Combine tomato paste, stock and wine and stir into meat.
  6. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
  7. Add sour cream, DO NOT BOIL.
  8. Serve over buttered noodles.
