Instructions

  1. Puree first 5 ingredients in processor.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat broiler or prepare grill.
  4. Brush fish with 2 tbsp oil.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Broil or grill until just opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer fish to plates.
  8. Spoon sauce over and serve.
