- put all in blender or juicer and blend til smooth. You will have some chunks from the berries if frozen and it only adds to the enjoyment.
- This can be frozen for popsicles as well without the added sugars.
- options: any berry will do such as strawberry, blackberry, boysenberry. You could also mix this with some lime juice instead of lemon. Such a versatile juice and great for low sugar, low fat drinks for yourself or the kids.
- I like it frozen on a hot day!
- To make a slushie, just mix and pour into a plastic cup, freezer ready and food grade, freeze for 35-45 min, take out and mush for slushie effect.
