Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick saute pan.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and add to oil and brown.
  3. Turn often.
  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic to taste.
  5. Add cornstarch to a little water, stir and add to chicken.
  6. Sprinkle with ginger and add pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  7. Stir until mixture begins to thicken and all ingredients are cooked well.
  8. Place on a plate and sprinkle over the almonds.
  9. Serve immediately.
