Instructions

  1. In large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, salad dressing and eggs.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. Shape into six patties.
  4. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees and juices run clear.
  5. Serve on rolls with your choice of optional ingredients.
