Instructions

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag; add meat pieces and shake to coat.
  2. In lg skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
  3. Drain.
  4. Mix water, catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and worcestershire sauce.
  5. Stir into the meat.
  6. Add the onion.
  7. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Add carrots and simmer for another 30 minutes.
