Instructions

  1. Put butter, chocolate and vanilla in medium bowl.
  2. In med saucepan, mix sugar, milk and marshmallows.
  3. Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour hot mixture over chocolate in bowl.
  6. Beat with mixer until thick and dull, (this doesn't take long).
  7. Stir in nuts.
  8. Pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
  9. Refrigerate until firm.
