Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Combine maple syrup and next 5 ingredients; pour over oat mixture and stir well.
  4. Spread evenly in a 15"x10"x1" jelly roll pan; bake for 30 minutes or until golden, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Turn oven off and leave in hot oven an additional 5 minutes; remove from oven.
  6. Stir in raisins and dates; let cool.
  7. Store in airtight container.
