1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

0.5 (8 ounce) can canned pumpkin

1 large mashed banana (or 1 1/2 small bananas)

1 3/4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon clove

1/2 teaspoon allspice

1/4 cup milk (or 1/4 cup yogurt)

1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together sugars, oil and eggs.
- Add mashed banana, pumpkin, and milk (or yogurt).
- Mix dry ingredients together. Slowly add to wet ingredients, mixing as you go.
- Add nuts if desired.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan, leaving about an inch of room at the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
