  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees then spray a 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Brown the beef in a skillet until no longer pink, drain excess grease. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the tater tots.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish then top with the tater tots. Bake for 25 minutes then turn on broil & cook another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
