Instructions

  1. Flatten chicken breast halves between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
  2. Top each chicken breast with 1 whole green chile and 1 slice of cheese.
  3. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Whisk together the egg and water in a shallow bowl.
  5. Dip chicken in egg mixture; dredge in tortilla chips and place in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  6. Bake at 375ºF.
  7. for 35 minutes.
  8. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with salsa and garnish with lime wedges.
