A yeast bread that tastes like gingerbread. Great for morning toast. Cook time is approximate, depending on your machine. Can be served with your favorite lemon icing/glaze.

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup molasses
3 tablespoons butter
3 1/3 cups white bread flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ginger
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 egg

Instructions

Place all ingredients in pan according to machine directions.
Use medium crust setting, or equivalent on your machine.

Cook: 4 hrs
