Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 180 C.
  2. Combine all ingredients but chicken in a saucepan.
  3. Stir over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Cool slightly then add chicken.
  5. Toss to coat then chill for 15 minutes.
  6. Place 1 cup of water in a roasting pan.
  7. Position wire rack over pan.
  8. Place chicken on rack, bake 35 minutes.
  9. Brush every 10 minutes with reserved marinade.
