Instructions

  1. Fill a medium saucepan 3/4 full of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt and beans.
  3. Return to a boil and cook 4-5 minutes or they are crisp tender.
  4. Remove from heat and drain.
  5. Put back in pan and add butter and zest.
  6. Season with pepper and more salt if you need it.
