Instructions

  1. Saute sausage in a large saucepan over medium heat until done.
  2. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Stir in the butter until its melted; stir in sage.
  4. Slowly sprinkle flour over the sausage, stirring continuously until the flour has coated the sausage.
  5. Gradually stir in the milk, and worchestershire.
  6. Bring the gravy to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.
  7. Stir in cream as desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
