Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, garlic, basil and parsley until almost done.
  2. Add oatmeal and TVP, combine and cook until ground beef is no longer pink.
  3. Add veggies and stir occasionally until tender crisp.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Scoop 2-4 cups (depending on preference) into medium freezer bags.
  6. Freeze for up to 3 mths.
