Instructions

  1. Combine water and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Add peas. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook 1 minute.
  2. Drain peas in a colander.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Warm over low heat. Stir in drained peas.
  4. Cover and keep warm over very low heat 2 minutes to blend flavors.
