  1. In a sealable container, preferable a sealable jar, combine the coffee granules, sugar and warm water.
  2. Mix until all is dissolved.
  3. Add milk and coffee creamer to the container of the sugar and coffee mixture.
  4. Shake until mixture becomes frothy.
  5. Pour over a cup of ice and enjoy.
